Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, UNIQ Operations Ltd. Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza 367-375 Queen’s Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, email: support@uniqglobal.net, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.

(2) The right of withdrawal does not apply in the statutory exception cases pursuant to Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB).

(3) The right of withdrawal expires in the cases provided for by law, in particular in accordance with Section 356 (4) and (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), if we

– have fully performed the service owed, or
– have begun providing digital content,

after you have expressly consented to this and confirmed your knowledge that your right of withdrawal will expire.
